New payment and shipping options added

Today we have added:

Two new payment options:

• Collect on delivery - for clients in Bulgria

The respective shipping method added:

• Econt Express to the clients address
• Econt Express to the office of courrier
• Cash/Sofia - when I can meet the buyer in Sofia and hand him the product
