We deliver worldwide. We always ship our items by registered mail, but it's on you to decide whether to be shipped with Priority or not, with expedited courier service or ordinary mail service. Usually it takes about 5-7 days to any European country and about 8-12 days to the rest of the world when shipped by Ordinary international Registered Priority mail.
Delivery without Priority takes much longer, sometimes about 25-30 days, especailly when shipped to the USA.
We are doing our best to dispatch all items within 72 hours of payment but at busier times, or when we are away, this can take longer. As we are only two, just me and my wife, in case we are on a business trip or on a holiday nobody can take care of your orders. We shall announce well in advance for such occasions, so please refer frequently to our "News" section to be informed about the possible delays of order deliveries.
You will be notified by email, including the tracking number, when your item has been dispatched.
You have a cooling off period during which you have the right to return any item, without having to give reason, within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving it. Please make sure that returned items are in the same shape and condition as sent.
Although we take great care in the packaging of all our products, it may happen that from time to time items are damaged during the long journey. If you receive a damaged item please contact us
If you need to return an item please contact us first as you need to inform us by email. We will notify you of the address to return your item plus any specific instructions for returning that particular item. If a replacement product is available we can offer you to replace it or, if you prefer, we may refund you. Return postage will normally only be refunded if your item was received damaged. We will, however, refund the original shipping cost.
